摘要
Quality is the internal effectiveness of systems, processes and products of university education to transform their environment and self-transform. Thus, the present work aims to improve the self-assessment processes based on the quality of management of Higher Education, proposing actions that contribute to self-assessment processes, considering these as an essential part to increase the efficiency of the training of professionals, as the most important part to assimilate rigorous external evaluations, generating the development of actions that allow obtaining information on strengths and weaknesses, with this, transform the university processes in order to achieve quality indexes that contribute to the training of future professionals.
