摘要
Reversible changes of microhardness, optical, and acoustooptical properties of Vitreous As,S, in multiple cycles of gamma-irradiation with absorbed doses of 10(5) to 10(7) Gy and thermoannealing near the glass transition temperature are investigated. It is shown that the observed effects can be explained by interconnected processes of reversible intrinsic defect formation and irreversible impurity radiolysis.
