摘要
During pregnancy, a series of changes - physiological; paid Buoyancy thyroid hormone (lower values of circulating TSH; increased thyroid hormone-carrier protein; elevation of serum thyroglobulin) - making diagnosis of pathological conditions difficult most of the time. Because the presence of thyroid hormones is essential for the neurological development of fetuses and the conditions of hyper / hypothyroidism are at the root of a number of maternal and/or fetal-neonatal complications, it is important to recognize the conditions of altered thyroid function during early pregnancy. It is essential to identify subclinical conditions in pre-gestational and/or hazardous conditions (Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Graves' disease) that tend to occur during pregnancy to determine and execute an appropriate treatment plan.
