摘要
:
The electrochemical processes of Methylene Green (MG) have been investigated using spectroelectrochemistry by in situ measurement in an optically transparent thin layer cell. A well-defined cyclic voltammogram of hemoglobin at MG modified electrode has been firstly observed. The rapid redox behavior of hemoglobin at an MG modified electrode has been investigated by spectroelectrochemistry, and the formal heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant has been estimated. It is proved that the formal single electron transfer process of MG can promote the heterogeneous reduction and oxidation of hemoglobin. © 1990.
