摘要：

Let l(P) (1 <= p <= infinity) be the Banach space of all p-summable sequences (bounded sequences for p - infinity) of complex numbers under the standard p-norm on it and C-phi be a composition operator on lP induced by a function phi on N into itself. In this paper we give a characterization of composition operators whose ascent and descent are infinite.
