HIGH ELECTRICAL-RESISTIVITY AND MOSSBAUER-EFFECT OF SOFT-MAGNETIC FE-SIO2 GRANULAR ALLOYS

摘要
Temperature dependence of electrical resistivity and Mossbauer spectra have been measured for soft magnetic granular alloy films of Fe-SiO2, which possess anomalously high resistivities. For samples with resistivities of 200-4700 mu Omega cm, the hyperfine field of Fe is close to that of pure alpha-Fe, implying that the magnetic phase of Fe-SiO2 granular state is associated with alpha-Fe.
