摘要
We discuss circular dichroism in the x-ray fluorescence spectra of magnetic systems in the light of a recent theory1). Fully relativistic local spin density functional calculations on the L2,3 edges Of ferromagnetiC iron are compared with very recent experimental data, and the relationship between the dichroism spectra and the spin-resolved local density of occupied states is discussed.
