摘要
The regeneration plant system of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) ecotypes: Columbia, Dijon, Encheim, Koln, Limburg, Blanes, Petergoph, Estland was studied. Optimal conditions for immature embryo cells cultivation and regeneration of fertile plants of A. thaliana were chosen. Using an original scheme of plant regeneration developed cells of immature embryos of A. thaliana were transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain C58CI (pGV2260, pVI-7) and fertile plants regenerated. Transgenic nature of these plants was shown. Relatively high efficiency of transformation (about 20%) and regeneration (100%) imply that this system may be perspective for creation of collection of A. thaliana transgenic plants by insertional mutagenesis.
