摘要
In this paper draws attention to one of the major challenges of the twenty-first century, the negative phenomena caused by condensation processes at various anthropogenic objects: in urban areas and residential areas, airfields and highways, etc. The particular apprehension makes the strengthening of these processes on the most important historical monuments of architecture which play a crucial role in humidification designs, soils and foundations of buildings and their subsequent destruction. In connection with the above stated it is extremely important the developed and refined theoretical propositions about termo moisture transfer and subsequent practical developments in this area, to include the mandatory regulations of anthropogenic objects on the hydro-physical, thermal and hydrogeological studies and incorporate them in all stages of design and operation, which will allow to predict development of negative phenomena on the basis of analysis and timely use the preventive safety measures.
