摘要：
A simplified theory of continuous phase transitions is outlined, commented. and applied to the V3Si transition. The necessity of taking into account time-reversal symmetry is stressed. The Shubnikov space group of the tetragonal phase of V3Si is found to be either P4(2)/m'mc or P4(2)/n'mc.
