摘要
This paper outlines some of the key issues, practices and questions that I have had to engage with in my research in inclusive education. It provides an overview of some of my research interests throughout my academic career. My research concerns can be understood in terms of different but interconnected phases and also in relation to specific colleagues I have worked with at different points in my career. It is concluded that research goes beyond technical and methodological issues and an invitation is made to recognise the dangers of complacency and of superficiality with regard to our own research.
