摘要
The main purpose of the present research is to analyze, from a multidimensional perspective, the facilitating elements that promote and establish extractivism policies. To achieve this objective, a cross-sectional analysis of the existing bibliography is carried out. In this analysis we have considered the capillarity of the subject under study, such as the effects of climate change, corruption processes, globalism, generated sequels, etc. With the aim of subjecting all the conditions analyzed to a deep discussion. The object of study will necessarily lead us towards an alternative proposal titled action guides, through which a call for attention is made about existing situation. Basing upon the analysis and discussion of the literature we have proposed some solutions taking into account the multidimensional and complexity of the case.
