摘要
Providing a high level of food security and inclusive economic development can be achieved through the effective functioning of agriculture and under conditions of the state support of innovative development of its businesses. There is a need to review the process of the finance industry as a whole, identifying some significant disadvantages of market regulation mechanism of innovations, monitoring the efficient use of budget funds. The current state of national innovation policy of Ukraine in the context of agro-industrial sector is investigated in the article. The indicators of forecasted and actual state expenditures of Ukraine as indicators of state economic support are compared. The basic items of expenditures of the state budget over the last four years are analyzed. The key conclusions and recommendations for improving the efficiency of public investment, the search of new approaches under conditions of European integration processes are presented.
