摘要：

The rural area, how the alternative to the urbanized area, requires the individual approaches and methods of the evaluation of the regional development. The problem of effective regional development is for correct evaluation of potential micro-region and for different approach applied instrument of development. The aim by author is refer for contrast in the regional development in the macro-regional and micro-regional measure and to identify effective instruments of development. He oriented particularly on the rural micro-region, where is missing the dominating growth centre - city. Author of the article selected one method, which is evaluating the developed potential of the rural micro-region.
