摘要
Horowitz and Ben-Adam (1989) noted that the Nyquist loci of stable proper real rational functions tend to be clockwise. They conjectured that these loci are always clockwise. It will be shown by counter-example that this conjecture is false. The conjecture had been proved using Theorem 1 of their paper. The same counterexample can be used to show that Theorem 1 is incorrect. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
