摘要
Concentration profiles of Mg, P, S, Cl, K and Ca were determined by proton-induced X-ray emission in sound and pitted tissue of apple fruit. Markedly increased concentrations of these elements were found in the pitted volume, except Cl which showed a lower concentration than in the sound tissue. © 1979.
