摘要：
Political corruption and lack of confidence of citizens with their government in Spain has caused that codes of good governance are published. The code of good Government of Valencia born in the context of the lack of credibility of politicians, and to give a solution proposed, among others, innovative aspects tightly related to cases of economic corruption, transparency in government acts, or non-denominational behaviour in a multicultural society.
