摘要
Intraspecific screening of Bacillus thuringiensis strains producing extracellular alkaline RNases with low molecular mass was carried out in order to select strains with increased enzyme secretion. The extracellular alkaline RNase from B. thuringiensis var. subtoxicus was isolated in the individual state in preparative amounts. The physicochemical and catalytic properties of the enzyme were studied and compared with other bacillar extracellular RNases. Conclusions were drawn concerning the structural and functional conservativity of the extracellular RNases of genus Bacillus.
