DYNAMICS AND REGULATORY FACTORS OF FREE-RADICAL OXIDATION IN EXPERIMENTAL SUPRAVESICAL BLOCK

摘要：
Two phase alterations oi induced chemoluminescence were detected in kidney homogenates and blood plasma alter unilateral ureteral occlusion in rats. A high correlation was observed between the rates oi free radical oxidation in the blocked kidney tissue and blood plasma. Hemodynamic alterations in the kidney, accumulation of activated phagocytes in the interstitial space and elevation of medium-weight molecules were mainly responsible for the regulation of lipid peroxidation rates.
