摘要
The angle profiles of elastically and inelastically scattered electrons (APESE and APISE) on a copper specimen have been studied within the mid-energy range. The results obtained have formed the basis of a method for determining the intensity-energy response function of electron spectrometers with wide entrance aperture analysers. © 1990.
