摘要
Termination of employment contracts has received little or no attention in the collective agreements of non-civil service staff working for public administrations but it is specifically regulated in some collective agreements. This paper carries out a detailed study of the main aspects of termination of employment contracts of these workers that are commonly addressed by collective bargaining: termination of contracts during the trial period, resignation, termination of temporary contracts, disciplinary dismissal and termination of contracts on retirement.
