摘要
We have performed magnetic susceptibility measurements on a quasi-one-dimensional magnet with competing exchange interactions SrCuO2 in a wide temperature range (1.7 less than or equal to T less than or equal to 800 K). The susceptibility increases with increasing temperature above about 50 K. We also found a peak in the susceptibility at T similar to 3 K probably due to long-range magnetic order. The results clearly show signatures of low-dimensional magnetic behavior with competing interactions.
