摘要
A procedure for XFA of cast iron developed for an analytical complex consisting of a KRF-18 x-ray spectrometer and a DVK-3 computer is described. An evaluation of the errors connected with violations of the conditions of sampling cast iron from a flow and with the quality of sample preparation for XFA is given. It is shown that the error attributed to nonuniformity of the chemical composition of the liquid cast iron is the main component of the total experimental error. Metrological investigations showed that the convergence, reproducibility, correctness, and sensitivity of this procedure for XFA complies with the requirements on the method of process control. The procedure is certified according to the Methodological Specifications (MU) MO 14-1-3-90.
