摘要：

I present this work as a case study about the Museum of Fine Arts in Bordeaux (France), using an ethnographic methodology. I I moved into this Museum during the three last months of the year 2001 and I realised a stay of research from October to December to accomplish this study. The purpose of this study is to reveal the possibilities of cultural management about works of art collections, in double meaning: for the community development and for the institutional promotion, which is the owner of this collection.
