摘要
Atmospheric electric field monitoring is used to search for precursors of geodynamic processes, for example, in earthquake prediction research. The modern base of hardware components allows the creation of accurate, reliable, and low power consumption equipment to measure atmospheric electric field intensity. The paper contains a flow chart and description of the EF-4 electrostatic fluxmeter, which possesses these qualities. The technical specification of the fluxmeter is given, as well as the results of its nearly three-year testing at the Karymshina observation site in the severe climate of the Kamchatka peninsula with its high seismic activity.
