摘要：

There is a vast array of therapies available to treat psoriasis. Topical treatments consist of the local application of antipsoriasic active ingredients while systemic treatments are taken orally. Phototherapy, which involves exposing the surface of the damaged skin to UVA or UVB rays, can be an effective treatment and occupies an intermediary place in the therapeutic strategy.
