ANALYSIS TO THE TELEFORMATION IN THE WORLD AND BUSINESS EDUCATION AS A CONTINUOUS. PROPOSAL EVALUATION

The current changing society, with its continued progress in all its dimensions developable, requires adjustments and adaptations to it by citizens members, parallel updates, at the same rate, attainable only by a constant and ongoing training, that it is feasible to offer the most flexible and open thus enabling maximum use and accessibility. One option that offers these benefits is the e-learning. But, where is the dividing line between education and training? We analyze how variable indicative, the satisfaction of integrated private workers whose education is subsidized by the Spanish State and is offered free. We present a research design and proposal for evaluating satisfaction and offer the results obtained after receiving completed questionnaires from participants about their courses both the self-designed questionnaire and the Official questionnaire to carry out a comparative analysis. We can generalize that satisfaction demonstrated in different dimensions is high although we would also point out certain deficiencies in the design and the management.
