摘要
Positron lifetime studies are reported on the behaviour of vacancies in high-purity electron irradiated α-iron. Results show that already at temperatures around 220 K vacancies migrate and form agglomerates, which anneal out only well above room temperature. The decrease of monovacancy concentration at stage IE around 130 K is also visible. © 1979.
