THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF 2-BUTOXYETHANOL AT TEMPERATURES FROM 288-K TO 348-K AND PRESSURES FROM 0.1-MPA TO 380-MPA

An automated bellows volumometer has been used to obtain volume ratios relative to the pressure 0.1 MPa for 2-butoxyethanol at the temperatures (288.15, 298.15, 313.15, 323.15, 338.15, and 348.15) K for pressures up to 380 MPa. The results are used to evaluate the effects of pressure and temperature on the isothermal compressibility, isobaric expansivity, molar heat capacity, and internal pressure. © 1993 Academic Press Ltd.
