摘要：

The trends of the world academic mobility are analyzed in the article. The author identifies the Ukrainian higher education system problems in the implementation of internationalization and globalization of strategic priorities. The author has made a conclusion about the perspective of modern higher education institutions international activities development as an effective method of competition on the global educational, scientific, technical, innovational services markets.
