摘要：

The article is a brief summary of the activities of the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) of Republic of Bulgaria during the first period after the election by Bulgarian Parliament. The main objective of this paper is to present to the public a summary of the results achieved by the CPDP and to highlight the main problems which emerged in carrying out the activities to protect people's privacy.
