RADIATION-INDUCED VARIATIONS OF ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTIVITY IN POLYANILINE

摘要
Induced variations of electrical conductivity sigma(dc) of polyaniline by gamma-radiation have been studied. Sigma(dc) increases from 2.2 to 2.7 S/cm due to radiation with a dose of 30-40 Mrad. EPR results show that spin concentration increases at the same rate as sigma(dc). The characteristics of sigma(dc) versus temperature fit to lnsigma(dc) is-proportional-to T-1 before irradiation, but to lnsigma(dc) is-proportional-to T-1/4 after irradiation.
