摘要：
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [AuCl(C31H32NP)]center dot 0.25CHCl(3), contains two independent complex molecules and half a chloroform solvent molecule, which is disordered across an inversion center. The Au-I ions are each coordinated in a slightly distorted linear environment, with P-Au-Cl angles of 177.20 (4) and 178.54 (4)degrees.
