摘要
This document studies the importance of the business climate in a business, analyzed through its relationship with its absorptive capacity, challenged by the transition in the market to a disruptive technology. The case of study in this paper is the transition from analog to digital signal in local television stations in Ecuador, specifically those based in Guayaquil. This was done through a quantitative analysis within a descriptive model, in which the organizational climate was measured through its absorptive capacity in the migration to Digital Television. A survey was made to general personnel of television stations in Guayaquil. The most important results show a high absortive capacity. (C) 2015 Fundacion Universitaria Konrad Lorenz.
