摘要
On-line vibration testing serves as a key component of jet engine design verification. Computer-based data acquisition and analysis equipment allows test engineers to deliver test data to design engineers faster than ever before. Increasingly, software has become a driving enabler, allowing data to be easily analyzed and plotted in forms that are most useful to design teams. In this article, we'll examine the use of real-time data acquisition and signal processing equipment to perform stress and vibration surveys on multichannel, time domain vibration data gathered from jet engines. We'll look at the approach used to conduct these tests as well as the computer equipment and software used.
