摘要：
The author details a test program conducted on compressed natural gas (CNG) to fuel motor vehicles. Because of its low energy value, natural gas must be compressed in order to accommodate an adequate quantity of fuel on a vehicle. In the New Zealand context, two operational pressures are used: 24. 8 MPa for CNG storage at refueling stations and 17. 2 MPa for on-vehicle storage. 6 refs.
