A STEADY-STATES IN A SYSTEM OF COUPLED FLUIDIZED-BED APPARATUS - REACTOR HEAT-EXCHANGER

摘要
In this work a quantitative analysis of multiplicity and level of the steady states was made for two coupled fluidized bed vessels, i.e., catalytic reactor and heat exchanger. For both vessels the Kunii-Levenspiel model of the fluidized bed has been assumed. A numerical method has been elaborated which enables to determine the steady states. An analysis of the influence of basic model parameters on the shape and position of the steady states hysteresis loops has been performed. In the analysed autothermal structure a possibility of existence of up to five steady states has been shown.
