摘要：

One of the important activities of the police - cooperation with local authorities and associations. The article discusses the history of the functioning of public institution of the protection of public order and the resumption of activities of voluntary national teams: an analysis of the practices of the public organization in the city of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod region, confirming the strengthening of cooperation between police forces and society.
