摘要
Asensitive method forestimating trithionate is described, which gives a quantitative assay of trithionate In the presence of thiosulfate and tetrathionate. The conditions affecting cyanolysis of the three sulfur compounds were examined, including a brief examination of the catalysis of thiosulfate cyanolysis by cupric ions. The method could be extended to estimate trithionate in mixture with higher polythionates. © 1969, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
