摘要
Adoption of lifelong education is a form of transition to industrial society. That is why ensuring of equal access to education for adult population becomes the important but faintly realized problem in modern Russia. The papers of Russian and foreign authorities in economics and sociology of education devoted to forms of manifestation and origins of inequality in access to education for adult population are reviewed in the article. The conclusion drawn reveals that the most important aspects of such inequality - analysis of access to additional education for skilled staff and knowledge simulators production analysis - are still relatively unexplored field within transitological researches.
