摘要
The interaction of rutin and methyl-beta-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution was studied by UV, fluorescence spectroscopy and reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Free solution capillary electrophoresis was also used as a new means of determination. Measurements from different methods yielded the formation constant for the 1:1 complex.
