摘要
Investigations of thermally stimulated electron emission (TSEE) under vacuum conditions from TGS crystals with well‐defined initial macroscopic polarization Pm are performed. It is found that the thermally stimulated emission of electrons for TGS crystals with Pm > 0 is of pseudo‐stationary character; on contrary, for samples with Pm > 0 has the explosive form, especially in the temperature region of the ferroelectric phase. The nature of TSEE phenomena in the case of TGS crystals, involving the field emission and surface ion emission (apparent exoelectron emission) is also discussed.
