摘要：
Studies of the surface properties of an Indian talc by titration with organic acids and bases in an organic medium, titration in a microcalorimeter, adsorption of polymers on talc in different solvents and electrophoretic measurements of talc in different solvents show that talc has both basic and acidic groups with the basic groups in the majority. The charge on the talc surface can be either negative or positive depending on the solvent. © 1990.
