摘要：
A new method has been developed for the partial synthesis of saturated, unsaturated and mixed-acid lecithins. Both the free O-(sn-glycero-3-phosphoryl) choline and its CdCl2 complex can be used as starting materials. The acylation is carried out with a fatty acid anhydride in the presence of an easily dissociable salt of the same fatty acid. The reaction is nearly quantitative and moreover the isolation of the lecithin is very much simplified. © 1969.
