Hierarchical analysis of Processes for the Implementation of the reference model of knowledge management processes in the field software development

摘要
A methodological proposal is presented to incorporate the elements of the Knowledge Management Process Reference Model, through the use of the Hierarchical Process Analysis (AHP), in such a way that the Software Development Organizations or Organizations in general, can incorporate the model mentioned in their usual dynamics of software development. The methodology consisted to determine the priority of the elements of the reference model in order to provide the organizations that use it with a guide to enable the gradual incorporation of the same, considering it's characteristics, needs and problems. Based on the results and the calculation of dispersion measures, it is concluded that the methodology facilitated the incorporation of the elements of the reference model in the software development processes carried out in a functional area dedicated to the implementation of customized computer systems
