摘要：

Introduction: The rhabdomyosarcoma is a tumor highly malignant mesenquimal that they originate from skeletal muscle. The histological subtypes of rhabdomyosarcoma are: embryonic, alveolar and pleomorphic. Reporte: Woman patient of 59 elderly years, his disease for an injury initiates tumoral of 0.5 cm associated to erythema and strong desire in left-hand thigh. At a later time the tumor manifests fast growth of 20 cm in the last 6 months. Discussion: In the biopsy the definite diagnosis was pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma exophytic which is very aggressive so that you require diagnosis and opportune treatment.
