CYTOCHEMICAL AND ULTRASTRUCTURAL ASPECTS OF SOME CLAVARIOID FUNGI

Tabular, vesicular and lamellar structures associated with the plasmalemma were studied in the cells placed in all the layers of the fruiting bodies of some clavarioid fungi. In order to investigate about the cytochemical nature of such structure contents, different staining technologies were applied upon basidiocarps of Clavariadelphus pistillaris and Ramaria sanguinea fixed and embedded for electron microscope. The results seem to prove the presence of phosphoglucidic materials similar to plasma membrane. For this reason, such structures could be plasmalemmasomes, according to the most of researches.
