摘要
Differential and integral vibrational excitation cross sections for H-2 + H e have been obtained from a coupled-channels calculation using an optical potential approach. A comparison is made with results of the modified-wavenumber approximation. Angular distributions are found to be strongly peaked in the forward center-of-mass direction.
