摘要
Mexican youth nowadays are born and grow up in a poor country. They form part of a contingent of laborers without work who confront the incapacity of the Mexican economy to absorb them, allowing them to engross the masses of the unemployed, or the underemployed. This describes the general panorama of the country in the Mexican State, even when youth are one of the more dynamic sectors of the country, their situation is not good. The objective of this text is to understand some of the causes as to why youth incorporate themselves early in the labor market, the relationship with the level of schooling reached, and their desires and expectations- fulfilled or not- which lead them to participate in the work market from their perspective. For this reason information derived from the 2000 National Youth Survey on labor is utilized.
