摘要：

Systemic sclerosis or scleroderma-like symptoms are often induced by environmental hazards such as vinylchloride or organic solvents (chlorinated aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbons). A 51-year-old female worker is presented, who developed systemic sclerosis after 15 years of exposure to perchloroethylene.
